Q.1 :Do you ship internationally?

A.1 :At this time, Presto Music Store is only able to ship to US addresses.

Q.2 :Do you have accessories available for the instruments?

A.2 :Many of the instruments have accessories available in our store. If there is a particular accessory item that you desire but you do not see it in our store, please send an email to the team and we will do our best to track it down for you.

Q.3 :How long does it take to ship the item?

A.3 :Shipping length depends upon several factors. All items will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified in the checkout process. Once the item is shipped tracking numbers and information will be provided by the Presto Music Store Team to the customer. These tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address that he/she has access to in order to obtain tracking information.

Q.4 :Do you accept personal checks or cash payments?

A.4 :The online checkout system of Presto Music Store currently does not have an option for the use of personal checks or cash. For a complete list of acceptable credit cards, please view terms and conditions.
